Eligibility: “SunnyMac Solar” (“Company”) Referral Program site is open to anyone (a “Member”). Members must follow the registration process. To successfully register as a “Member”, you must provide accurately, your First Name, Last Name and Valid Email, Phone Number and Mailing Address, some items may be optional, however the more information provided at the time of registration will allow for a timely response from the “Company.” Once you successfully register as a “Member”, you will be automatically registered to begin providing referrals to the receiving “Company” identified on the “Company” site. All registered “Members” will receive a Welcome Email that will include instructions on how to receive rewards via Referral Rock. The “Company” will pay any Promotional Rewards you earn by submitting referrals that the “Company” has successfully met with and/or converted into a sale. By successfully registering as a "Member" for the “Company,” the Member is agreeing to communication between the “Company” and Member via site notifications, text messaging, email, telephone or other communications methods.  The referral will be automatically registered at the “Company” under the specific “Member's” ID via the Member's personal link. The referred customer may receive an email notifying that they were referred by Member from the “Company” PROMOTIONAL REWARDS: A “Member” may be eligible for a Promotional Reward at specific times in the process and will follow the below: 1)Once the “Company” successfully meets with the referred customer submitted by the “Member” within 10 days of the Permission to Operate date – the Member will earn a Promotional Reward set by the “Company” and will be paid via Referral Rock account by the “Company”. 2)Once the referred customer submitted by the “Member” becomes a paid and approved contracted customer submitted by the “Member” within 6 months of the original submission date - the Member will earn a Promotional Reward set by the “Company” and will be paid via Referral Rock account by the “Company”. 3)Once the “Member” has submitted X referrals that have become a paid contracted customer submitted by the “Member”, The Member will earn a Promotional Reward Bonus set by the “Company” and will be be paid via Referral Rock account by the “Company.” All promotional rewards will be identified in the “Company” website and the “Member” will be sent a notification via the website informing the “Member” of the status of their referral. All promotional rewards will be paid via Referral Rock Account.  All Promotional Rewards are subject to change at any time without notice. A Referral can only be entered by a single “Member” and will be identified once the referral is submitted and is based on the earliest date and time of the submission. If a duplicate referral is entered, the second or duplicate referral will be rejected by the “Company.” If for some reason, the second or duplicate referral does get registered, the “Company” will only pay one “Member” based on the earliest submission date and time. The “Company” reserves the right to limit or restrict participation in the Promotional Reward to any person at any time for any reason. The eligibility of a “Member” shall be determined by the “Company” in its sole discretion. Void where any aspect of the Promotional Reward is prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law or where registration, bonding, local judging or translation is required. The Promotional Reward is subject to all national, state and local laws including applicable tax codes. No substitution or transfer of any of the rewards by “Advocate” is permitted.
